    new old stock, fairly recent manufacture, believe it is overcut. also believe it is made to sell in px store for soldiers and their family as a substitute for issued pt shorts.  made in USA, size is medium. 2  on seam front pockets, no back pockets. no zipper pull on. full mesh lining  drawstring inside  1.5" waistband.1.5" slits at bottom of both legs for better mobility. short is made of sorbtek fabric wicking fabric, mesh lining is  antimicrobial and wicking . top of short to  crotch =12" top of short on side is  17" in front and 17.5" in back.
